For our client, company leader in the loyalty sector, we are looking for a: MARKETING ACCOUNT MANAGER Based in Milan will be responsible for the coordination of the pitch phase of the assigned client, together with the sales team. He/she will be the referent to activate all the requested experts, find partners, etc. to prepare the best proposal according to the brief and will coordinate the implementation of communication activities and production of loyalty programmes for Italy and Europe. Responding directly to the Head of division and working closely with internal departments (graphics, sales, logistics, product supplying, ad.min, project dept), external stakeholders (free-lance, production, suppliers, etc) and clients. Key Responsibilities: Create strong relationship with the client Create strong storytelling in line with client positioning, with the brief and the product category Coordinates and leads communication activities for loyalty promotions (creativity, production, organizational aspects, management, etc) Monitors costs, timing and involved players Coordinates graphic designers (internal or externals) and is able to select the best solutions Collaborates with logistics/project for timely deliveries Has a good knowledge and curiosity for the market and the ability to turn ideas into opportunities Provides proposals and tools to support sales and actively participates in the document creation and storytelling Find new strategic partners Skills and experiences required: +5 years’ experience in Marketing and Communication agencies University degree in Marketing and Communication Proven knowledge of different communication techniques and channels with a 360° approach (point of sales, on and offline communication, events, consumer engagement, promotional techniques, instore, brand equity, etc). Italian speaking with very good English Available to travel in Italy and abroad. Good relationship capabilities, well-organized, creative, flexible and passionate Very good knowledge of Power Point Capable to focus on process improvements and proactive solutions Writing skills for copywriting assistance Team player, proactive attitude and attention to details are mandatory
