You will report to the Head of RD Programs and work with the Head of Technology to define product strategy, oversee execution, and ensure performance, quality, and cost objectives are met. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver avionics products on time, on budget, and with quality. /li liDefine and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for avionics systems. /li liAlign product development with company objectives and customer requirements. /li liIdentify and mitigate risks related to product development and deployment. /li liDrive industrialization of avionics products, including production testing equipment definition. /li liManage the full product lifecycle, including upgrades, obsolescence planning, and end‑of‑life strategies. /li liDefine cost targets and ensure achievement through design‑to‑cost and supplier nominations. /li liMonitor and control overall product cost and development budget. /li liCollaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure compliance and performance. /li liAct as the primary interface between teams and stakeholders, delegating tasks while maintaining accountability. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liProven experience in product development, industrialization, and product lifecycle management. /li liProven experience in cost and budget management and design‑for‑excellence methodologies. /li liUnderstanding of avionics systems, aerospace and/or complex electromechanical products is a plus. /li liExcellent organizational, planning, communication, and negotiation skills. /li liAnalytical mindset with problem‑solving capabilities. /li liAbility to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities. /li liLeadership skills to influence and align diverse teams. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience managing complex hardware/software integrated products. /li liTrack record of delivering products in fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environments. /li liPrevious involvement in cross‑functional teams and supplier negotiations. /li /ul h3Hiring Process /h3 ul liApplication review: We only contact candidates who closely match our criteria. /li liFirst chat: Initial meeting with the people team. /li liTechnical interviews: One or two technical interviews focused on your skills and approach. /liliOffer: We carefully consider candidates before sending an offer. /li /ul h3Location Details /h3 pFino Mornasco, Lombardy, Italy.
