We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our new Mauritius office as an Account Manager – Captive Insurance.
This role position combines client account management responsibilities for a portfolio of captive insurance and reinsurance clients domiciled in the Cayman Islands, Puerto Rico and US.
The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting client service delivery, regulatory and financial reporting processes.

Job Responsibilities
Assist in the management of a portfolio of captive insurance and reinsurance clients domiciled in the Cayman Islands, Puerto Rico and US.
Coordinate annual renewals, regulatory filings, license requirements, and statutory deadlines.
Review board of directors meeting books, resolutions, minutes, and other corporate governance documentation.
Liaise with clients, auditors, actuaries, banks, legal counsel, and other service providers.
Support the preparation and review of management accounts, financial statements, and related reporting deliverables.
Assist with new company formations, licensing applications, amendments, and business plan updates.
Maintain accurate client records, registers, and internal databases.
Monitor action items and ensure timely completion of client deliverables.
Provide high-quality client service across multiple jurisdictions and time zones.
Support senior management on ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
Highly skilled in English communication, both written and spoken.
Proven working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Law, or related discipline.
Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent preferred.
Part-qualified candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.
3–7 years of relevant experience in insurance management, financial services, fiduciary services, accounting, or corporate administration.
Experience working with international clients or regulated structures is advantageous.
3–5 years of proven experience in office administration or coordination experience preferred.
Prior Supervisory experience preferred
