Move with us for a better world! /ppstrongYour Role /strong /ppWe are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented strongPilates Sales Manager Instructors Network /strong based in our HQ in Cesena to lead the Pilates format sales specialist team across all territories covered by subsidiaries or distributors. You will be responsible for building a network of instructors, promoting the Pilates business model, and supporting product launches and upgrades with commercial initiatives. You will manage revenues and margins through pre-sales activities, product training, and proactively visiting prospects and customers to sell our Pilates solutions. /ppstrongYour Impact /strong /ppstrongSales Business Development /strong /pulliPromote the Pilates business model and execute Global sales strategies to achieve target revenues and margins (sales, delivery, consulting, post-sales) within subsidiaries and distributors. /liliDrive sales of Pilates-related equipment and solutions across all market segments (studios, gyms, rehab centers, fitness professionals, hotels, privates, …). /liliIdentify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships with Pilates studios, wellness centers, and fitness institutions. /liliCreate and coordinate a network of national Pilates sales specialists, organizing business reviews to ensure comprehensive product knowledge, sharing of best practices, and effective action plans. /liliSupport Technogym Pilates Sales Specialists in all subsidiaries and distributors to define the solution that best fits specific customer needs. /liliImplement and oversee the delivery of the solution, maximizing active users and return on investment for operators. /liliProvide reliable and structured sales forecasts and pipeline management. /liliSupport product launches and periodic upgrades of Pilates with commercial initiatives and lead generation activities, collaborating with Go To Market to develop dedicated content (seminars, webinars, best practices). /li /ulpstrongCommunity Engagement Relationship Management /strong /pulliBuild and activate the Pilates community, acting as a brand ambassador worldwide to create a TG-certified network /liliWork closely with Pilates instructors, trainers, and studio owners to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. /liliOrganize and participate in community-driven initiatives to support Pilates education and equipment usage. /li /ulpstrongAbout You /strong /pulliMinimum of 8-10 years of experience in the Pilates industry. /liliProven track record in sales within the Pilates industry with a strong understanding of the equipment, including accessories. /liliStrong analytical skills and ability to conduct market analysis and benchmarking, as well as excellent negotiation skills /liliExperience in B2B and B2C sales, with a consultative selling approach. /liliAbility to conduct engaging product demonstrations. /liliProficiency in CRM software (Salesforce). /liliSelf-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working with / coordinating cross-functional teams. /liliStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. /liliExcellent relationship-building and networking skills. /liliEnglish fluent, /liliwilling to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events. /li /ulpstrongPreferred Qualifications /strong /pulliBackground as a Pilates Instructor or certification in Pilates training is a plus. /liliPrior experience working in fitness studios, rehab centers, or wellness brands. /liliGlobal Experience in sales and team management. /li /ulpstrongTechnogym is an Equal Opportunities Employer /strong /ppTechnogym is an equal opportunity employer.
