You will contribute directly to the evolution of our healthcare platforms, creating intuitive experiences that support caregivers in their daily workflows.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement new UI features and components using ReactBuild clean, maintainable, and testable frontend codeCollaborate on UX/UI improvements, ensuring usability and accessibilityOptimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliabilityWork with REST APIs and integrate data efficiently into the UIParticipate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and documentationCollaborate closely with backend and product teams in a dynamic, international environmentMaintain a user-centric mindset throughout design and developmentThe Ideal CandidateStrong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScriptSolid experience with React and its ecosystem (hooks, state management, routing)Understanding of modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, npm, etc.)Experience consuming REST APIsKnowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility best practicesFamiliarity with Git and collaborative development workflowsExperience with UI/UX collaboration tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.) is a plusBonus points for experience with testing tools such as Cypress and JestComfortable working in an international environmentFluent in Italian with good English proficiencyStrong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitudeWhat We Offer YouA company you can take pride inCollaborative and inspiring colleaguesOpportunities for personal and professional growthFlexible remote work options
