Job Title: Sales Manager
Sales Development and Business Operations
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction.
* Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals with clients to meet sales targets.
* Stay up-to-date with competitor information to make informed business decisions and stay ahead in the market.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales plans and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
* Participate in commercial negotiations for key projects to ensure that regional business objectives are met.
* Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and support financing and collection work.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of the local market and construction machinery industry.
* Familiarity with earthmoving or heavy machinery is a must.
* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or International Business.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a preference for leasing experience.
* Ability to work independently with a sense of responsibility and a strong work ethic.
