Could that be you?YOUR NEW ROLEWe are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our customer-centric Global Strategic Marketing team in support to our Cardiopulmonary Business Unit.You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless transitions from the portfolio strategy to product development and market launch, taking the product from concept to successful commercial launch execution. As an essential member of our product team, you will work closely with engineering and design – along with business stakeholders from across the company – to create new value in our products.Strategy:Define and drive the creation of the product line long-term roadmap aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and market opportunities.Define and deploy a comprehensive product portfolio strategy incorporating cross-functional inputs, balancing product life cycle requirements with the regional business opportunities to drive profitable growth.Create and own strategic project charters cross-functionally to develop and validate new market opportunities.Product Ownership:Drive and guide customer insights collection, through VOC and secondary market research to identify and validate market opportunities and unmet needs.Review and validate new concept and product requirements activities to be in line with the product portfolio strategy.Organize customer evaluation sessions activities to ensure the gathering of customers’ feedback as cross-functional input for new product scoping and evaluating product portfolio needs.Develop and deploy an annual marketing plan for the product line to support the regional business objectives and drive the execution of the marketing tactics together with the regions.Create and review the marketing related project documents and ensure successful PDP stage gate reviews.Sales and Marketing SupportDefine and deploy the product launch plan involving all internal and regional stakeholders to achieve the business case business targets.Be the assigned product portfolio go-to person for the organization, driving and owning all marketing related deliverables for this portfolio.Define and execute product life cycle portfolio management for the products, supporting the cross-functional teams and the regions.Collect and analyze market and competitive product portfolio intelligence and translate this into meaningful insights for Innovation and the regional teams. The market intelligence comprises, clinical and technology trends, regulatory practice, and reimbursement policies.Develop and create new marketing collaterals for both existing and new products.Stakeholders managementEstablish strong working relationships across functions to garner feedback and ensure internal voices are captured and influence product needs as appropriate.Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, industry leaders, and third-party vendors to enhance product offerings and market positioning.Establish and maintain partnerships with key customers.ABOUT YOUSolid product management experience in the medical device industry.Proven track record of successful product launches and demonstrated ability to utilize creative thinking in developing effective marketing plans.Ability to translate analytical and strategic thinking into actionable plans for the teams.Remote work experience and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a virtual environment.
