Professional certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor, CISM, CISA, ITIL; experience in regulated industries like financial services, energy, telco, or public sector; and hands‑on experience with resilience testing and continuity planning tools. /lilibSoft skills /b.
