TXT e-Tech Srl, part of the TXT Group, is looking for a Production Technician.
An essential aspect of this role is the definition and optimization of manufacturing and assembly processes in the aeronautical sector, with activities ranging from working on metallic and composite components to designing production tools and fixtures, as well as programming and operating CNC machines.
As a member of a multidisciplinary team, you will be involved in developing innovative solutions for aeronautical production, collaborating with various technical areas to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze and define manufacturing and assembly processes
- Work on mechanical and composite components
- Perform final assembly of complex structures
- Design and develop production tools and fixtures
- Program and operate CNC machines
Essential Technical Skills:
- Manufacturing process planning (MPP)
- Assembly sequences and drafting work instructions (WI)
- Time and cost analysis
- 3D modeling and technical drawing
- CNC programming
Optional Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of aeronautical standards and regulations (EASA, EN9100, etc.)
- Familiarity with aerospace materials and processes
Soft Skills:
- Teamwork orientation
- Mental flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to tackle complex systems in a structured way
Education:
- Technical high school diploma
- Languages: English and Italian
Required Experience:
NEO/JUNIOR 1–2 years
