* Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue goals.
* Identify and onboard key customers and distributors across the UK and Scandinavia.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, establishing the company as their preferred supplier.
* Recognize, anticipate, and solve customer challenges to drive business opportunities.
* Use extensive industry knowledge to differentiate product offerings from competitors.
* Generate accurate sales forecasts and capitalize on market trends.
* Conduct market research to analyze competition and industry trends.
Key Qualifications:
* B.S. degree in Science or Engineering.
* 1-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the chemical industry.
* Industry knowledge in TSBD and sales within chemicals or specialty chemicals, particularly in phosphonates, biodegradable chelating agents, MBT – biocide, polymers, detergent additives, and acetyl chloride.
* Sector expertise in water treatment chemicals and industrial & institutional cleaners.
* Sales skills including proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Communication skills including excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
