Olympus Italia s.r.l., a subsidiary of the Greek multinational of the same name and a leading company in the production and distribution of high-quality dairy products, is seeking a Junior Key Account for a Full-Time position.
Joining our commercial team, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the Italian market for assigned accounts and clients.
Key Activities & Responsibilities
Manage and develop mass retail (GDO - Ampio Distribuzione Organizzata) channels and wholesale clients.
Plan and implement commercial strategies and promotional plans.
Expand the client portfolio through business development activities across the national territory.
Negotiate and sell the product catalog, ensuring company targets are met.
Manage daily and strategic relationships with Buyers from major retail chains.
The Ideal Candidate (Requirements)
Experience: At least 1-2 years in a similar role, with a strong preference for the fresh consumer goods sector (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods - FMCG).
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Gastronomic Sciences, or related fields.
Languages: Fluent knowledge of English (language proficiency will be tested during the interview due to constant communication with headquarters).
Digital Skills: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint).
Soft Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, result-oriented mindset, proactivity, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
