Boutique 4-star luxury hotel in the heart of historic Rome
Hotel Monte Cenci is looking for a Front Office Agent (Receptionist) to join our front desk team.You will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a key role in delivering a warm, personalized experience in line with the high standards of our boutique luxury hospitality.
Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Front Office Agent, your main duties will include:Managing check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy and courtesyWelcoming guests and assisting them throughout their stayHandling reservations (direct and through OTAs)Providing local recommendations and concierge-style support (transfers, reservations, etc.)Operating the Protel property management system and managing daily transactionsPromoting hotel services through upselling and guest engagementCoordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departmentsResolving guest issues with discretion and professionalism
RequirementsPrevious experience in similar roles within luxury hotels or upscale hospitality settingsExcellent command of English (knowledge of a second language is a plus)Familiarity with Protel PMSStrong computer literacy (email, Office suite, internet tools)Outstanding communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional appearance, discretion, and attention to detailAvailability to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays
