We operate worldwide with over 2,500 employees and a business value of approximately $1.2 billion. /p pbJob Purpose /b /p pThe Regional Account Manager will focus on the Semiconductor Wafer Level Packaging segment within SAS, supporting specialty plating chemistries for US customers. The role involves building and maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key customers, aiming to drive revenue, margin growth, and strategic account development. /p pbResponsibilities /b /p ul liAchieve year-over-year revenue and margin growth targets for assigned accounts. /li liCoordinate resources internally and externally to align with customer needs and strategic goals. /li liAct as the primary contact and trusted advisor to customers, helping them meet their strategic initiatives through our products and services. /li liContribute to strategic planning and execution for specific sites within strategic accounts, collaborating with global account teams. /li liEnsure profitable growth across all Lines of Business within assigned accounts. /li /ul pbRequirements Qualifications /b /p ul liBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; graduate degrees and credentials are a plus. /li liWillingness to travel 25% or more. /li liProficiency in English, both written and verbal. /li liAbility to work remotely, preferably in a semiconductor-centric area. /li /ul pbSkills /b /p ul liStrong industry knowledge, especially in semiconductor, advanced packaging, and OSAT markets. /li liExisting industry network or target sector contacts. /li liExperience with selling related technologies. /li /ul pbEducation /b /p pBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a relevant industry. /p pbEEO Statement /b /p pElement Solutions Inc is an E-Verify employer committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans.
