A global luxury hospitality group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Director to lead the daily operations of a flagship restaurant in Milan. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, refined service presence, and extensive experience in high-end dining environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversees all restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest experience.
2. Leads a team of managers, chefs, and service staff, fostering a people-first, high-performance culture.
3. Acts as a visible floor leader, greeting guests and guiding service standards.
4. Manages financial performance, operational planning, and compliance.
5. Supports all pre-opening activities, training, and operational setup.
6. Upholds brand standards in style, communication, and presentation.
7. Drives continuous improvement, innovation, and adaptability within the team.
Qualifications
8. Senior leadership experience in luxury dining or high-end hospitality.
9. Strong background managing large teams across FOH and BOH.
10. Pre-opening experience is a plus
11. Fluent in English; Italian strongly preferred.
12. Polished, solutions-oriented, guest-focused, and adaptable in evolving environments.
