We're looking for highly motivated, personable, and commercially driven individuals to join us as Account Managers. This is a field-based role ideal for those who thrive on autonomy, relationship-building, and making a tangible impact in the circular economy. You will be at the heart of our Source Local/Sell Global Strategy.
Your Role
As a Field-Based Account Manager, you will:
Develop New Accounts
Build local relationships with sellers of recyclable materials, including waste producers, collectors, and traders.
Manage Existing Accounts
Deliver a responsive, local service to maintain and grow long-term supplier relationships.
Secure & Manage Material Listings
Gather detailed, accurate information about available materials and list them on our online Recycling Marketplace. Review and update listings quarterly.
Negotiate Price & Availability
Work with suppliers to secure materials at competitive prices while ensuring optimal value and availability for buyers.

Ideal Candidate
Self-motivated and results-oriented
English as a second langauge
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Organised and able to manage time independently
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Experience in recycling, waste management, or commodity trading is a plus (but not essential)
