The Product Specialist acts as a trusted field partner, supporting agents, distributors, and physicians with in-depth knowledge of Neurovascular technologies and products. The role contributes to education initiatives and actively participates in customer events, workshops, and training programs/technical support in and out Angio Lab. Close collaboration with Marketing and Sales is key to ensuring effective execution in the field. /p h3Neurovascular Portfolio /h3 pbNeurovascular | Stryker /b /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Product Market Development /h3 ul liAct as the technical expert for the full Neurovascular product portfolio within the assigned territory. /li liDeliver product and clinical training, including presentations to groups of physicians. /li liSupport and facilitate physician-to-physician programs and educational initiatives. /li liActively support sales and marketing programs through regular field presence alongside agents and distributors. /li liProvide technical assistance in the Angio Lab when required. /li liShare relevant market and customer insights with the Marketing Manager to support market development initiatives. /li liCollaborate closely with Sales Management to support territory objectives. /li /ul h3Relationship Management /h3 ul liIdentify, build, and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders. /li liDevelop effective working relationships with agents and distributors, responding proactively to their needs. /li /ul h3Quality Compliance /h3 ul liEnsure full compliance with Stryker’s quality systems, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements. /li liAct as a key interface between agents, customers, and the sales organization to support complaint handling, documentation, and issue resolution. /li liDemonstrate a strong commitment to quality and ethical standards in all interactions. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 4 years of experience in the medical device or healthcare environment. Preferably in Interventional Neuroradiology, Interventional Radiology, or Hematology. /li liPreferably 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical specialist roles. /li liDegree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent is preferable. /li liExperience supporting training and educational programs is an advantage. /li liStrong results orientation and ability to work toward defined objectives. /li liExcellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders. /li liStrong team mindset and collaborative approach. /li liWillingness to spend significant time in the field, including hospital and Angio Lab environments. /li /ul pStryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
