Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible! /p pbYour role /b /p pGlobal Portfolio Management is a function within the Business Development Team with the goal of implementing both short‑term and mid‑term commercial strategy and executions for this EssilorLuxottica License. /p pThe function works in synergy with brands and regions/channels to develop and manage relevant development initiatives and develop the distribution elevation at a global level. Acts as the unique point of reference across corporate functions for business management of the entire portfolio. /p pbMain responsibilities: /b /p ul liLead the Global distribution strategy of the License with the aim at focusing on key luxury partners, with the goal of strengthening relationships and increasing their productivity. /li liCoordinate the regional License distribution leads for a proper monitoring and guidelines execution, in line with local business needs and targets. /li liWork in strong collaboration with Corporate functions (legal, market strategy, brand and trade protection teams). /li liImplement and ensure the application of both qualitative and quantitative criteria in monitoring the commercial strategy in partnership with the local team. /li liSupport the continuous improvement of enforcement and monitoring processes, ensuring that standards are consistently met and improved. /li liEstablish and manage the enforcement process to track and act on diverted business, ensuring adherence to company policies. /li liKey point of contact of the Licensor Team for distribution strategy, business and commercial updates. /li liSupport the Senior Manager in the development and project management of relevant License initiatives and global projects. /li liPartner with the Global Brand team in seeking relevant opportunities to develop business in the distribution network, developing strong projects that can be implemented within Professionals Solutions and Retail. /li liMonitor and analyze global business results and manage distribution reports across channels, collecting insights from corporate and regional teams. /li liWork with channels to define critical actions and adjust local brand plans to meet budget and distribution targets. /li /ul pbMain requirements: /b /p ul liPrevious experience in a business and brand role. /li liKnowledge of market dynamics and key players within the sector. /li liStrong ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data, with particular attention to results and performance. /li liExcellent problem‑solving skills and ability to manage priorities. /li liExperience in managing enforcement processes and addressing diverted business activities. /li liAbility to develop and maintain strong relationships with key luxury sector partners. /li liAbility to create a trusted network within the business organization. /li liUnderstanding of global portfolio management dynamics and multi‑brand and mono‑brand initiatives. /li liAbility to coordinate and implement global projects at a regional level. /li /ul pbWhat’s in it for you /b /p pIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
