Your mission
* Sales of JA Solar PV modules
* Achieve JA Solar market share and profit targets
* Negotiate prices, volumes, and contract terms
* Coordinate with internal departments for pre-sales, sales execution, and after-sales support
* Provide regular reports on negotiations and market activities
* Analyze market and competitor information
* Participate in industry events such as fairs, conferences, and seminars
* Protect corporate interests and enhance the company's industry and public image
* Assist in order execution as needed
Your profile
* Degree in Business Management, International Business, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energies, or related fields
* Over 2 years of experience in PV module sales to distribution channels or working for PV distributors/wholesalers
* Fluent in Italian and English
* Strong teamwork, communication, negotiation skills, customer focus, and a professional attitude
* Technical background in solar energy is a plus, especially for a technical management role within the team
