You will lead the preparation, management and negotiation of BH technical proposal relevant to Electrical components and systems. /p pAs an Electrical Application Engineer, you will be responsible for: /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManaging preparation and negotiation of BH technical proposal, being responsible for the estimation of the budget associated with the proposed solution /li liLeading the definition of the technical strategy of the project thus influencing customer towards BH solutions /li liPreparing the best technical proposal at first submission using bidding tools and implementing, where appropriate, innovative technology /li liLeading the technical negotiation, coordinating with supporting functions and attending to meeting/presentation with customer /li liApplying product and quality policies, addressing and mitigating any risks as per BH procedures /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liHave a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. /li liDemonstrate exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication skills for preparing proposals, conducting meetings, answering sales/customer questions and writing/explaining technical aspects /li liHave a basic market/technical knowledge of rotating electrical machines (i.e. MV-HV motors and generators) and related auxiliary systems /li liBe able to interpret customer economics, process and technical specifications and to translate them into competitive technical offering. /li liDemonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems and to lead programs / projects. /li liBe fluent in English (oral and written) and have excellent all-round communication skills /li liHave very good interpersonal and leadership skills, inclusive team working style and able to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers. /li liBe available to travel both to regional and international locations to work with customers on site /li /ul h3Work Preferences /h3 pbWork in a way that works for you /b /p pWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
