About the Role
1. Plan and execute retail marketing strategy for the Village.
2. Build and maintain relationships with brands to enhance Village positioning.
3. Stay updated on brands, products, and retail marketing events.
4. Identify key trends in brand communications for alignment.
5. Scout new opportunities to drive awareness and attract new brand partners.
6. Map competitor landscape to monitor market evolution.
7. Develop 360° retail marketing plans to achieve financial goals, including brand activations and new openings.
8. Plan commercial activations using the Product Newness Moment approach.
9. Manage retail marketing activations end-to-end, ensuring high quality and conducting reviews post-activation.
Role requirements
10. Degree in Marketing or equivalent preferred.
11. Experience in luxury/retail marketing.
12. Proven success in executing marketing strategies to meet KPIs.
13. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
14. Strong understanding of diverse audiences and customer behaviors.
15. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
16. Strong presentation skills to secure buy-in.
17. Excellent project management skills for planning and executing multiple projects.
18. Good organization and prioritization skills.
19. Fluent in English and Italian, other European languages beneficial.
