At Factorial, we're looking for a Sales Manager for the Italian market to lead and develop our Sales Account Executives Team and help us reach new heights.
The Role
Your mission will be to lead and empower Team Leaders of Account Executives in the Italian market to achieve and surpass acquisition goals, while scaling our sales efforts. You will define strategies to drive team success, optimize the impact of AE-booked meetings, and ensure consistent growth for Factorial. Your focus will be on coaching, developing, and recruiting high-performing AEs, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment where each team member can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership: Define and implement clear goals and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for the Italian market, ensuring alignment with Factorial’s broader business objectives.
2. Team Development: Coach AEs and TLs daily, conduct regular sales training, and provide feedback to enhance skills and performance.
3. Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead recruitment and onboarding of high-performing AEs, ensuring smooth transitions and professional growth with clear career paths.
4. Collaboration & Efficiency: Work with Sales Operations and Marketing teams to improve tools, processes, and tracking for maximum sales efficiency.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with global teams to refine go-to-market strategies and foster synergies across regions and units.
6. In-field Leadership: Spend significant time supporting your team in the field, helping them reach targets, enrich pipeline management, and improve sales approaches.
Requirements:
* B2B Sales expertise with leadership experience in dynamic, competitive environments.
* Minimum 5+ years leading, coaching, and developing sales teams, including at least 2 years as a Sales Manager, with a proven track record of results.
* Strong analytical skills to analyze sales metrics and refine strategies.
* Fluency in Italian and English (full proficiency in Italian, advanced in English).
* Adaptability to fast-changing environments and managing uncertainty under pressure.
