Check the job description._ We are seeking a visionary Athleisure Fashion Designer to create a limited capsule rooted in the aesthetic of dance, and cinematic styling. This project blends visual storytelling, retro athletic influences, and expressive fashion into a unique editorial experience — culminating in a photo and video series across key European locations. This is a project-based, creative collaboration — ideal for designers with strong aesthetic vision and experience in functional yet fashion-forward silhouettes. Key Responsibilities: Creative Direction & Concept Development - Collaborate with the Creative Director to translate emotional narratives into garments - Contribute to moodboards, visual storylines, and early silhouette sketches Sketching & Technical Development - Develop athleisure/dancewear-inspired designs with retro-futuristic references (bodysuits, jumpsuits, active tops, leggings, etc.) - Deliver sketches, tech packs, or references for each look. Fabric & Material Sourcing - Identify and propose suitable fabrics and materials with performance/movement in mind - Suggest or coordinate light sourcing (with our support team if needed) Sample Creation & Fittings - Oversee or collaborate with makers on 1-2 prototype outfits - Join fittings or movement rehearsals to adjust cut, flow, or styling Visual & Mood Research - Explore references in character-led fashion - Help merge mood, movement, and function into expressive design Who We’re Looking For - Degree in Fashion Design or relevant creative discipline. - A strong, story-driven portfolio with original designs. - Comfortable working with non-standard timelines and artistic briefs. - Fluent in fabric types, construction, detailing, and mood-based storytelling. - Proficient in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop (or similar CAD tools). - Collaborative mindset — able to co-create in an evolving, emotionally creative studio.
