R&D; CORPORATE CHEF
The R&D; Corporate Chef is a key figure within our company, co-responsible together with Development & Lab Team for improving our products performance. In addition to that He/she supports Corporate Chef team for promoting our products through demonstrations showcasing the usage of Electrolux Professional Group solutions.
In this role you will be responsible for managing all assigned tasks. You will work closely with various stakeholders to develop and implement Product Performance that reflect the company's vision and mission. The ideal candidate will also bring an excellent level of creativity, advanced technical skills, and a deep understanding of global culinary trends to ensure the continuous success of our brands. In addition to that, you should always keep in mind and promote a Customer Obsessed Mindset into R&D; Community
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Conduct Cooking Test in LAB and Lead the preparation phase including Row material preparation & purchase
- Actively collaborate with the R&D; team to create and refine new proposals.
- Proactively promote solution & ideas to improve product Performance, reliability & Easy to use for our customers
- Participation in New Product Creation:
- Conduct cooking demonstrations for clients, transferring not only culinary skills but also in-depth knowledge about our products.
-Provide crucial input based on culinary experience to ensure the success of new products in the market.
- Create Technical report to secure an effective communication
- Effectively communicate the essence and quality of our products during presentations.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing, Chef Corporate team to develop visual materials and promotional content that showcase our solutions.
Qualifications
WHAT'S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE
• Degree in Food Science, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Food Safety.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Basic of the English language. Master is a plus
• Availability: as soon as possible.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate in a dynamic environment and inspire a R&D;/LAB team.
• Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly.
• Excellent Culinary Creativity: Ability to create innovative dishes.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Results Orientation: Ability to achieve Key Products objectives.
Ability to Implement & Key Product Requirement
Ability to take new ideas for Innovative & Sustainable Features
