PstrongMain Duties /strong /ppThe Front Office Agent will be responsible for providing excellent and consistent service to guests before arrival, upon arrival, and during their stay, from check-in to check-out, in order to create memorable and personalized experiences for all guests. They must deliver the highest quality of service at all times and anticipate and exceed guest expectations. The role involves working in line with our company philosophy, operational standards, and procedures, contributing to creating a harmonious work atmosphere with a collaborative approach. He/She will assist guests, patrons, tenants, or employees with personal services such as making dinner and tour reservations, offering suggestions for events, arranging transportation and any related service towards guest’s needs /ppbr/ppstrongOperational /strong /pulliAt beginning of each shift, always control the daily agenda Logbook in order to check any last minute changes, and to double check that services are indeed confirmed with restaurant, transportation services ecc. /liliMake sure that any fixed charges related to Transportation costs or any other payment services are correctly inserted in Opera on guest’s reservation /liliProvide normal FO Agent activities such as Check in, Check out, @ info email inbox control, scheduled with the usual Front Office shifts (AM-PM-NIGH) /liliRespond to general Front Office responsibilities /liliProvides information regarding area, including directions, attractions, shopping, nightlife, or recreational opportunities. /liliRuns appropriate errands for guests and picks up or delivers a variety of items. /liliProvides a variety of business services such as shipping packages and assisting with printing needs. /liliReceives, stores, and/or delivers mail and luggage. /liliAcquires daily care items such as toiletries, for guests and patrons. /liliPlans and schedules special events, parties, or meetings. /liliFulfills unusual requests such as arranging for adventure experiences such as hot air balloon rides, coordinating special moments for guests, and searching for hard-to-find items. /liliArranges for interpreters or translators when needed. /liliDevelops and maintains service relationships to fulfill the needs of patrons, customers, guests, or employees. /liliPerforms other related duties as assigned /liliRepresent the main point of contact for guest’s needs and request (Email WhatsApp) /li /ulpbr/ppstrongQualifications /strong /pulliPrevious experience of at least 6 months in the same role, preferably in luxury hotel establishments; /liliCustomer orientation and good problem-solving skills; /liliStrong interpersonal skills and effective communication; /liliKindness, friendliness, and professionalism; /liliFlexibility in working hours and availability to work shifts/weekends; /liliExcellent knowledge of English, knowledge of a second foreign language will be a preferred requirement. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat we offer: /strong /pulliA dynamic environment; /liliThe opportunity to establish a continuous working relationship and growth opportunities. /li /ul
