* Proven experience in operational management and performance tuning of databases
* Strong skills in backup/restore strategies and service continuity support
* Ability to monitor and troubleshoot performance issues
* Experience collaborating with infrastructure teams for application integration
* Team player mindset and ability to manage tasks independently
