The key account will be in charge of managing strategic trade partners, maximizing all commercial opportunities for both built-in and freestanding products. /p pThe person will be responsible for: /p ul liManaging accounts for the company and building relationships with key partners; /li liEnsuring internal company functions provide the highest level of customer service to local accounts; /li liMonitoring incoming orders and ensuring these are fulfilled effectively; /li liHolding regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about key accounts; /li liInvestigating and resolving queries and issues raised by local accounts; /li liTaking a proactive approach to account management; /li liArranging meetings with all relevant decision-makers within the customer; /li liHolding business reviews to assess opportunities for sales. /li /ul h3What you need to succeed /h3 puEducation: /u Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field /p puProfessional Experience: /u 3 years of experience in Built-In Domestic Appliances /p puMust have: /u /p ul liClients’ management skills /li liSales and Business Development experience and proof of this /li liPeople management experience and emotional maturity: coaching, development, and motivation /li liFamiliarity with Built-In Consumer Goods markets /li liEstablished relationships with largest customers and retailers /li liHighly developed organization and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously /li /ul puLanguages: /u Fluent in English and Italian /p puOthers: /u Availability to travel in Italy /p p#LI-GG1 /p pHaier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
