Description Your opportunityWe are currently seeking a Brand Manager as part of our dynamic Brand Management team in Milan.How you will contributeCollection management and sales analysis:Establish the product strategy on the basis of company strategies in cooperation with the Head of Marketing (product, assortment, pricing)Structuring in coordination with the Design team the annual collection plan for the assigned brands in terms of active and new styles per category combining: market and sales analysis, brand objectives and design developmentsPrepare detailed product briefs for the design team, summarising market needs, indicating no. of models, main features, pricing and cost objectivesManage consistency between style, positioning, sales conditions and range highlights for all markets in all distribution networksEnsure a constant influx of new ideas in terms of materials, technologies, new product features, co-marketing opportunities or strategic alliances for the product development team through the supplier or consumer analysisPropose the pricing strategy for each brand under management, monitoring its effective rollout while respecting brand image and positioningBrand Management:Fully understand the DNA of the brand in terms of essence, history, style, values, personality, target consumers in order to become the "guardian" of the brandDevelop the annual marketing plan ensuring brand objectives, strategic lines, activities and key facts including quarterly plans by RegionDeveloping the annual communication plan for each brand, managing it in collaboration with the PR & Comm team and relevant Fashion HousesManage and control the annual marketing budget, allocating the right resources and investments to the various activities in order to achieve the objectivesKeeping all internal and external departments aligned and informed of all PR and press office activities, publicity shots, videos, packaging, POS materials, newsletters, etc.Monitoring markets and competitors:Monitor and analyse the global eyewear market in order to define trends and growth opportunities for the Brands managedEnrich its market knowledge through regular market visitsStudy local and international competitors in terms of product offering, design, distribution and marketing activitiesAnalysing consumer behaviour worldwideCommercial support:Prepare presentations for the sales force / customers / brand showroomDeveloping training toolsSupport sales by presenting the collection and the brand during brand showrooms, customer meetings (key accounts) and sales force activitiesDefine the collection assortment for each customer segment and regionPrepare catalogues, leaflets, training materials to support the sales team.Who you are4-5 years of experience in the same roleExperience preferably in eyewear, watch & jewellery, beauty & cosmetics, fashion or accessoriesMaster’s degree in marketing or business administrationStrong product and fashion attitudeAbility to understand current market trendsResult-oriented, problem-solving skillsDynamic, proactive, flexible, curious, committed to teamworkAbility to work effectively under pressure or tight deadlinesExcellent communication and relationship building skillsExcellent analytical skillsAttention to detailsPeople managementFluent in English and Italian, French as a plus.Why work with usThis is an excellent opportunity to join the Kering adventure in a moment of extraordinary growth and become part of a thriving team in a global Luxury group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
