You will be responsible for direct leadership, development, and career coaching of a team of SQEs. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDriving positive organization culture with strong front-line leadership and connectivity across the regions /li liSupplier’s qualification working closely with procurement commodity and engineering /li liConducting supplier capability and process assessment, root cause analysis, preventive and corrective actions, audits, performance monitoring and assisting key suppliers towards industrial standards of excellence /li liGuarantying collaboration between functions and locations to ensure compliance to engineering and customer specifications /li liDevelop new product code structure for Electrification extended scope (MV and HV) including process quality requirements /li liExecute assessment for Electrification extended scope Suppliers based on commodity scouting activity /li liCreate a strong synergy and promote collaboration with intracompany Suppliers /li liParticipating in supplier business reviews in alignment with cross-functional team members /li liEnsuring development, training, and implementation of supplier quality tools/processes for all quality engineering team members, internal stakeholders, and suppliers /li liActing as coach and mentor to develop team members hard and soft skills. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liHave an Engineering degree (5Y) /li liHave significant experience in Supplier Quality Engineering or Quality /li liHave proven knowledge on Electrical Systems /li liHave proven leadership capabilities /li liHave proven experience in acting and driving corrective actions with large global suppliers /li liEnglish fluent /li liBe able to travel (up to 40%) domestic and internationally /li /ul h3Working with us /h3 pOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
