Job Description
* Drive business development and contract closure in the biogas upgrading market.
* Manage the full sales cycle, including technical/commercial proposals and contract negotiations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
* Analyse market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and manage risks.
* Lead cross-functional proposal teams to deliver competitive and high-quality offers.
Qualifications
* Proven experience (min. 5 years) in sales or proposal management within middle and large-scale international plant projects.
* Solid understanding of technical processes in biogas and biomethane market.
* Strong negotiation skills and sound knowledge of commercial and contractual frameworks.
* Demonstrated leadership with the ability to guide teams and support decision-making.
* Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage
