To support our Company’s growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Product Manager to join our Growth Team reporting to Argotec's Head of Product Management and take part in the definition of the company's Product roadmap, ensuring the competitiveness of Products under your responsibility and supporting their development cycles. DUTIES As Product Manager, you will contribute to the definition and implementation of the vision, strategy and roadmap of our products, as well as creating and presenting innovative solutions and decision proposals to the management and stakeholders. As Product Manager, you should have a strong background in product management, technical acumen, strategic thinking and leadership skills. You should also have excellent communication and presentation skills, as you will be interacting with various internal and external parties, such as customers, partners, analysts and the press. You should be able to translate complex concepts and data into clear and compelling narratives and visuals. In this role you will: - Participate to strategies that drive product development, with particular focus on small-satellite platforms; - Plan and execute activities oriented in identifying key users' needs and capture market development opportunities; - Define product requirements, assist the planning of product design and support the whole development cycles; - Prepare and lead the launch of new products/solutions; - Monitor market trends, track competitors' products and put strategies in place to highlight potential threat; - Review of technical documents (Design Description, ICD, Test Procedures, Technical Specifications etc.); - Support Sales and Marketing personnel; - Support Business Development activities; - Support R&D in the development of new technologies and Engineering in the execution of product development projects; - Support to proposal preparation; - Support product-related publications in relevant conferences and events. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field; - Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management; - Proactive problem-solving attitude; - Ability to translate a strategic vision in concrete projects; - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams; - Excellent written and oral communication in English. REQUIRED EXPERIENCES & SKILLS - Strong knowledge of small-satellites, including EO and Telecom ones; - Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the industry and the product domains, with focus on Avionics systems; - Proven track record of launching products in the market; - Experience in managing cross-functional projects; - Experience in conducting market research, user research, data analysis and testing; - Experience in creating and delivering effective presentations and documents, using various tools and formats, such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.; - Strong business acumen and financial awareness; - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements; - Ability to establish and maintain long term business relationships with government, civilian, and military entities’ personnel (e.g., ESA, ASI, NASA, DoD) and key aerospace customers; - Ability to interact appropriately with press as necessary; ADDITIONAL ASSETS - Experience in Avionics subsystems design and development is preferred; - Established network in the Defense & Aerospace industry; - Knowledge of the space standards (CCSDS, ECSS, MIL etc.); - Ability to handle sensitive and classified information as required by government standards; - Teamwork; - Curiosity and continuous learning attitude.
