Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on corporate and commercial matters, both domestic and cross-border
- Draft and negotiate complex contracts and transaction documents

Your Profile:
- Law degree with top academic results
- Experience in structured or international law firms
- Strong expertise in corporate law, commercial contracts, and transactional work
