Work Style / What to Expect

勤務形態：1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制のシフト勤務。
勤務時間：基本10時間/日、週休3日、月平均40時間以内。原則、日勤・夜勤の2–3シフトを会社が決定し、翌月分を月末までに通知します。日勤と夜勤の間に公休を挟み、負担を抑えます。

Work form: Shift work with a monthly flexible working hours system.
Hours: 10 hours per day, 3 days off per week, averaging under 40 hours per week per month. In principle, the company decides on 2–3 shifts including day and night, and informs you of the next month’s shifts by the end of the month. Shifts ensure days off between day and night for reduced burden.

After joining, you will have about a week of classroom learning as an Amazon leader to learn company culture and FC basics. After being assigned to each department, on-the-job training under a Training Manager covers process knowledge and tool usage. Training materials are provided and progress is checked collaboratively, so even beginners can start with confidence. You will learn the latest logistics systems and grow with colleagues of diverse backgrounds.

The Area Manager uses experience from various industries to lead and manage projects with advanced technology and a People First mindset. They are in charge of a part of a department's processes and handle daily planning, progress, and performance management.

* ③ Daily operations support - Plan and manage receiving, inventory, and shipping; ensure on-time delivery, respond to volume changes, shortages, or system issues.
* ④ Project leadership for improvements - Lead annual/monthly projects to improve safety and productivity; collaborate with related departments and participate in FC events.

・4年制大学卒業または同等の社会人経験

• Management experience of about 5 people (attendance and performance management)
• Experience implementing kaizen and standardization based on quantitative data

• Reading and writing level of English
• 4-year university degree or 4+ years of work experience
