Sales Manager Key Responsibilities: 1.Meet/exceed the given sales tragets for territory of responsibility (targets to be assigned individually by EV). 2.Overseeing and coordinating all sales activities for all Regions of responsibility, while reviewing performance with Management on a weekly/monthly basis. 3.Tracking buiness status monthly and quarterly for the year, preparing sales budgets and projections for following months/year with all Partners, as well as internally. 4.Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics to create a healthy data driven business (sell-out). 5.Customer Service: handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service. 6.Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 7.Serving as the face of the organization to internaland external partners. 8.Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation. 9.Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, by visiting all of them at least once a year. 10.Arrange and execute local staff training at least once a year with allPartners. 11.Arrage and coordinate meetings at all relevant trade shows. 12.Have a proactive mindset with all markets, and take initiatives whenever you identify an opportunity for busiuness development. 13.Identifying emergingmarkets to findnew sales opportunities. 14.Liasie daily with the Trade Marketing Manager to ensure requests are fulfilled in due time and implemented as for the client’s agreed deadline.
