The resort also features a 9-hole executive golf course, a private beach club and an indulgent Spa. /p h3What will you do? /h3 ul liDefine and execute sales strategies to drive the commercial success of the assigned hotels through key account management and account development. /li liContribute to long-term business planning, budgeting, and forecasting, including the preparation and definition of annual Sales Marketing plans for the properties under responsibility. /li liBuild strong partnerships with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations teams to align strategies and achieve commercial objectives. /li liPartner closely with Revenue Management to optimize pricing, segmentation, and channel mix for sustained growth. /li liEnsure visibility and awareness across all key markets – align closely with GSO teams to develop strategies and tactics to build relationships and maximize opportunities. /li liUse data-driven insights in combination with market intelligence to anticipate market shifts, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks, directing sales teams accordingly. /li liLiaise with Area Director of Sales to ensure sales strategy aligns with overall objectives. /li liManage allocated budgets for sales activities and promotions. /li liMonitor hotel performance and propose corrective actions when needed, in collaboration with Revenue Management and the General Managers. /li liParticipate in key sales activities and take responsibility for certain key markets and segments. /li liPlan and prepare participation in domestic or international trade shows, fairs, exhibitions, workshops, roadshows, and sales blitzes in coordination with Area Director of Sales. /li liDrive the development of new and prospective markets. /li /ul h3What will you get? /h3 ul liUnique growth opportunities: We offer career paths tailored to your ambitions, with opportunities to specialize or grow. /li liOngoing training and development (hard and soft skills) specific to your role and department. /li liOption to stay at company hotels at a reduced rate (€35 per night) after completing 6 months of work.
