In this context, Vivacy is seeking a
Sales Director Italy
to lead and
accelerate its commercial development
and further strengthen the leadership of its brands in regenerative aesthetics and skin health.
The role
The Sales Director Italy is responsible for
the overall commercial performance
of the Italian subsidiary.
Reporting directly to the General Manager Italy, the role holds
full accountability
for leading the
the national sales organization
, driving sustainable growth and ensuring the effective execution of Vivacy's
go-to-market strategy
across the entire product portfolio.
This position requires strong leadership, disciplined execution and the ability to translate strategic priorities into tangible market results.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership and Team Management
Lead, structure and develop the Italian sales organization to ensure high levels of performance and engagement.
Establish a culture of accountability, execution and continuous performance improvement.
Coach and develop sales managers and field teams to maximize individual and collective contribution.
Support recruitment, onboarding and long-term talent development.
Commercial Strategy and Growth Execution
Define and execute the national sales strategy in line with Group objectives and local market dynamics.
Drive market penetration and revenue growth across regions and customer segments.
Ensure optimal deployment of the full Vivacy product portfolio within customer accounts.
Translate global strategic priorities into clear local action plans.
Go-to-Market and Portfolio Integration
Lead the implementation of go-to-market strategies across the entire portfolio.
Work in close coordination with Marketing and Medical Education teams on launches, campaigns and field execution.
Ensure strong product knowledge, positioning and value proposition alignment across sales teams.
Monitor market feedback and adapt commercial tactics accordingly.
Performance Management and Sales Excellence
Define sales objectives, KPIs and performance monitoring frameworks.
Analyze sales performance, pipeline and territory effectiveness, implementing corrective actions when required.
Drive continuous improvement of sales processes, CRM usage and field efficiency.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner closely with the General Manager Italy and local leadership team to support broader business objectives.
Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Medical Education, Customer Service and Operations to ensure integrated execution.
Contribute actively to business planning, forecasting and resource allocation discussions.
Market Development and Customer Relationships
Build and sustain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
Support the development of local key opinion leaders in coordination with Medical Education teams.
Represent Vivacy at major national congresses, professional meetings and training events.
Profile
Proven experience in
a senior commercial leadership
(Sales Director, National Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager or equivalent), ideally within premium, prescription-driven or value-based healthcare markets.
Demonstrated track record of driving growth in competitive and selective environments.
Strong expertise in
sales force leadership
and
performance management
within selective or controlled distribution models
.
Experience working with
premium brands
and highly
selective distribution networks
(e.g. specialist physicians, pharmacists, private clinics, KOL-driven accounts) is a strong asset.
Background in
medical aesthetics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals (ophthalmology, dental ...) or dermocosmetics.
High credibility with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders, and strong ability to influence within
premium medical ecosystems.
