The Client Account Manager (CAM) will be able to participate in all aspects of client relationship management across the three business channel (Institutional, Allianz Network and Wholesale/Retail Third Parties) in Italy. The CAM will support on all the activities in managing and enhancing relationships with key clients across Italy. Reporting directly to the Team Lead CAM Italy, the CAM will support for ensuring client satisfaction, driving account growth, and delivering exceptional service.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Participate in day-to-day client engagement and overall client experience activities.
- Identify and drive cross-selling opportunities by working with clients to expand service offerings and support related initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Client Service Experts team and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and to address client issues promptly.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, representing the company in a professional and effective manner (including the preparation of meeting materials for both client-facing and internal purposes).
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
- Support AML and KYC activities as part of the first line of defence.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of operational activities and maintain close interaction with operational teams to resolve escalated operational risk issues.
What you bring
- Solid professional experience (typically 3 to 5 years) in client advisory services within a financial institution or investment fund company, with exposure to institutional and/or wholesale sectors.
- Good knowledge of institutional and/or wholesale client servicing within the financial services industry.
- Proven ability to develop and implement client relationship and retention strategies.
