As a Sommelier, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional wine experience to our guests. You will help manage the wine program, provide insightful recommendations, and ensure wine service standards are upheld throughout the venue. - What you’ll do_ Key Responsibilities - Provide expert wine recommendations tailored to guest preferences and food pairings. - Lead wine service during service, maintaining exceptional presentation and guest interaction. - Support the curation and maintenance of the wine list in collaboration with Head Sommelier. - Maintain proper wine storage and cellar organization. - Participate in stock takes, ordering, and supplier relationships. - Host tastings and special wine-led events. - Stay current with industry trends and continuously improve wine knowledge. - What you’ll bring_ Essential Skills and Experience - Possess one of the following Sommelier certification: WSET Level 2/3, Court Sommelier, AIS, or similar. - Deep knowledge of Old and New World wines - Outstanding customer service skills and ability to build rapport with guests. - Excellent communication, teamwork, and attention to detail. - Right to work in Italy.
