The Role
If you are a recent graduate or a student looking for an internship in business or sales development, this fast-growing company in the EV charging and smart energy sector is looking for an ambitious Junior Business Development Manager to drive growth across Italy.
You’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting new customers, building long-term partnerships, promoting innovative EV charging solutions, and expanding market presence. This is a hands-on role with strong autonomy and real impact in a high-growth market.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospect and onboard new customers across Italy
* Drive outbound lead generation and new business growth
* Meet clients regularly to build long-term partnerships
* Promote EV charging solutions and commercial offers
* Manage pipeline and deals through the CRM
* Own the sales cycle from first contact to contract
* Provide consultative, technical sales support
* Collaborate with HQ to support regional growth
About You
* Background in EV charging, electrical systems, or related technical/energy sectors
* Strong commercial mindset with proven sales and negotiation skills
* Able to translate technical products into clear customer value
* Comfortable working autonomously while owning a geographic territory
* Willing to travel frequently
* Italian fluency required; English beneficial
