We are looking for young, curious, energetic talent ready to grow. People who can bring their smile and authenticity into a central role, becoming true “home managers” not only for guests but also for colleagues.
Key responsibilities
Collaborate in the search and selection of employees and trainees (job posting, contact with schools and training institutes, screening, phone calls, organizing and supporting interviews);
Support the onboarding of new employees/trainees, including administrative procedures and facility tours;
Assist with HR administrative activities: hiring/termination processes, updating and archiving personal files, verifying and collecting employee attendance/absences;
Help prepare monthly employee reporting;
Assist in the management of temporary staff and various economic incentives linked to teams;
Help coordinate medical visits and training courses;
Collaborate in organizing staff‑dedicated events;
Work with the HR team on daily departmental activities.
Desired skills and qualifications
Education in tourism, hospitality or human resources;
Brief experience in HR or the hotel industry considered a plus;
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English languages;
Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, etc.);
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Proactive attitude, enthusiasm and attention to detail. xjrgpwk

Stage duration: 6 months
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Borgo S.S. Apostoli 29, Florence
