Jr Account Payable Specialist – Permanent Contract

Job Summary
The Jr Account Payable Specialist will provide support to the General Accounting team, ensuring proper management of the accounts payable process and compliance with current civil and tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the accounts payable cycle, including purchase invoice processing and supplier master data maintenance.
* Supporting the preparation and execution of monthly supplier payments.
* Managing and reviewing customs documentation.
* Providing general support to the Finance Department, including reconciliations and basic administrative tasks.
Required Education/Experience
* High school diploma in Accounting or a university degree in Economics.
* Experience using ERP systems and accounting/treasury applications.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
Required Skills
* Previous experience in accounting, with a strong focus on supplier management and payment processes.
* Good command of English, both written and spoken.
* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
