This position sits at the intersection of media strategy, digital innovation and creative thinking, with responsibility for both digital-first initiatives and traditional media activities. The ideal candidate brings a strong media background with a creative mindset, is comfortable managing budgets, and can operate with high autonomy while ensuring full alignment with global HQ guidelines. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liConduct market, consumer and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities and risks. /li liDefine and execute integrated marketing and media strategies aligned with business and brand objectives. /li liContinuously review and optimize strategies based on market feedback, performance data and analytics. /li liPlan, manage and control the marketing and media budget, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal ROI. /li liDevelop strategic media plans in collaboration with media agencies to support business, marketing and sell-out targets. /li liAnalyze the media landscape to design innovative, integrated and high-performing marketing and media initiatives. /li liDesign and implement data-driven marketing campaigns to drive growth in traffic, leads and sales. /li liAnalyze campaign performance and business results to support informed, data-driven decision-making. /li liMonitor Media, Marketing and Business KPIs and prepare performance reports and insights for senior management. /li liManage and optimize social media and influencer marketing activities across key platforms, including Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. /li liBuild, maintain and negotiate relationships with influencers, agencies and external partners. /li liUtilize social listening and analytics tools to track performance, consumer sentiment and emerging trends. /li liApply strong knowledge of digital marketing and consumer behavior to guide strategy and execution. /li liOperate effectively in an international environment. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liAt least 8 years of experience in media roles, ideally gained within advertising or media agencies.
