PpJob Title /p pHealth Systems Key Account Manager /p pJob Description /p h3Key Account Manager Health Systems /h3 pDevelops and drives credible and productive long-term relation with customers in the assigned area (North-Est Italy) by understanding their business needs and providing tailored value propositions being the orchestrator of the relationships with accounts. /p h3Your role: /h3 ul liDeveloping maintaining and improving relations with a limited number of key accounts to keep or to set Philips as preferred supplier. /li liInitializing and coordinating all Philips efforts to the accounts in order to maximize the output of the sales group. /li liCreating together with marketing services and supply chain teams the optimal offers to the accounts. /li liCreating an account plan for each account for 2 years in which budgeted targets are translated into specific strategy and actions per account as part of the operational plan of the sales group. /li liCreating and implements action programs for and with the accounts to improve the performance of Philips. /li liDriving the performance of the functions in the accounts to get it done. /li liSystematically analysing and reporting sales results expectations market competition and trends to make proposals for improvement. /li /ul h3Youre the right fit if you have : /h3 ul liMasters or bachelors degree or equivalent experience. /li liExtensive proven experience in a sales or account management role within the Healthcare or Medical Devices industry preferably with capital equipment. /li liAbility to independently manage local accounts coordinate necessary actions and ensure timely achievement of results. /li liSolid expertise in relevant marketing and sales strategies. /li liStrong knowledge of logistics and process management. /li liBasic financial understanding. /li liCapable of conducting independent negotiations with customers aligning with established guidelines and sales plans. /li liExperience delivering presentations at an account management level. /li liFrequent interaction with customers and / or cross-functional teams including collaboration with other company divisions or units. /li liFluency in English and Italian (local language required) /li /ul h3How we work together /h3 pWe believe that we are better together than apart.
