The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Account Manager to join our team in Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies across regions to drive profitable growth while increasing penetration in Sales and Demand Creation performance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing global strategy and implementing site tactics in conjunction with branch personnel to drive top-line revenue and increase gross profit margin.
* Building relationships with customers' Senior Management through regular visits to their corporate and field sites.
* Presenting Future's value proposition by providing customers with Value-Added Solutions and Corporate Initiatives to enhance service capabilities at all customer sites.
* Working with branch and regional management to set, implement, drive, and monitor sales and margin budgets globally by site to increase share at each location.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A commercially astute and resilient approach with a proven track record of sales success within the company or other electronic distribution businesses.
* Demonstrated understanding of technical teams and ability to achieve designated design targets.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Highly organised and accurate, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain extensive attention to detail.
