The Product Marketing Manager is in charge of evaluating and making recommendations on all aspects of the full range of company's products through the entire product life cycle. He/She helps the organization to agevolazioni from more knowledge about its products and how they are made, managed and sold. He/She manages the Product Managers Team.
**Job Description**:
- 1) Product management - Material Handling and Port Tires:_
Activates and run business plans from market analysis to financial assessment to support decision making as far as new products are concerned. Secures the process of new product introduction, from the idea generation to the product launch. Coordinates and follow up the interfuctional process within R&D;, Manufacturing and Sales departments.
Oversees product development and design; sets prices; launches new products; supports on advertisement campaigns, and monitors sales performance.
Supports the launch of new Products and coordinate a 360° Marketing & comms program. Run educational activities for both salesforce and customers.
Monitors, analyzes, and evaluates market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the product/service.
Runs customer visits, interviews, and surveys to figure out market trends, customer needs and product/brand reputation.
Prepares sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts; and adapt plans to improve the sales performance of the product/service.
- 3) Existing Material Handling and Port range - Product support:
Manages existing product ranges, monitoring Marketing & Sales KPIs during the entire product life cycle. Provides with smart technical product training/information to support sales. Supports BTL tools creation to support Sales development.
Monitors, analyzes, and evaluates product performance and customer feedback to generate new product ideas, identify product/service features that need to be changed to meet customer needs and liaise with other areas of the organization (for example production, research and development) to implement these changes.
Keeps the product ranges’ offer efficient and in line with the markets’ needs and expectations
- 4) Support to PR, Events and Exhibitions:_
Selects products and highlights to be shown during events and exhibitions. Aligns and update the product info material for the event. Supports PR initiatives with reference to product marketing.
Liaises with advertising and promotions specialists to design sales campaigns and sales collateral for the product/service that are effective and appropriate for the target audience.
Key requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Economics or Engineering
- MBA is a plus
- Consolidate experience as Product Manager
- 5 years of experience in similar role within a complex multinational environment
- Advanced use of MS Office
- Fluent English
- Ability to manage complexity and work under pressure
- Leadership and engagement of Teams
Pronounced proactive approach, problem solving, leadership capabilities, communication skills, willingness to work in an interdisciplinary environment and team spirit are needed skills to complete the profile.
