They engage at multiple stages during the pursuit process and are responsible for developing a tailored communications strategy to articulate a compelling ‘Why EY’ proposition in all pursuit collateral. The PS is responsible for the tactical management of all pursuit work‑streams including the communication campaign, draft value proposition, proposal development, facilitation of pursuit readiness sessions and orals preparation. /p pAdditionally, the PS is required to identify, develop, and implement innovative approaches to pursuit management and drive adoption of these across the EW, including the use of AI to support the pursuit process. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPartners with account teams to provide a full-service pursuit management model for EW based strategic, high-end opportunities /li liFacilitates and contributes to pursuit strategy sessions, manages output and drives actions /li liContributes to the EW repository of Country, Region, Industry or Service Line client-facing collateral as appropriate /li liDevelops strategic messaging and leads conceptualization of all client-facing pursuit collateral /li liManages and leads the development of opportunity value propositions /li liUltimately responsible for quality control of all client-facing materials during the pursuit /li liActs as the knowledge steward for the pursuit /li liLeads post-pursuit analysis and review; makes recommendations for process improvement /li liMants relationships with other Pursuit and Commercial Excellence (PCE) teams and key interdependency groups across the organisation /li liParticipates in relevant internal and external networks /li liChampions best-practice pursuit management tools and processes /li liSolution-oriented and makes sound decisions quickly, given tight timeframes /li liDemonstrates versatility in a constantly evolving environment with a wide variety of social styles /li liInfluences/challenges the account team to optimise the chances of winning /li liWorks with considerable autonomy while often managing the work of others /li liProvides coaching and mentoring to others; may serve as a counsellor to other PS’ in the EW region /li liSupports the onboarding and training of new hires in the EW region /li liDevelops and coaches BD and client servers through teaming on pursuits and facilitated training /li liOversees the work of the pursuit support team, including any third-party resources (e.g., Pursuit Coordinator, external translation services, etc.) /li /ul h3Other Requirements /h3 ul liFlexibility to accommodate varying client needs and time zones /li liHybrid working available depending on local office requirements /li liFrequent travel may be required /li /ul h3Skills and Attributes for Success /h3 ul liGood understanding of Business Development and Pursuit Management /li liExcellent communications skills (written and verbal) in English (mandatory) /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liPursuit Management experience /li liExperience in developing external marketing communications (necessary for Senior PS / advantageous for entry-level PS) /li liExperience working in a cross-border, multi-cultural environment (necessary for Senior PS / advantageous for entry-level PS) /li /ul h3Ideal Additional Experience /h3 ul liAbility to influence without authority, lead and coach others /li liProven ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders /li /ul h3What We Look For /h3 ul liExcellent project management skills /li liAbility to work independently with minimal supervision /li /ul pA strong communicator with a sharp pen. /p h3What We Offer /h3 pWe offer a competitive remuneration package where you’ll be rewarded for your individual and team performance.
