Our EV batteries have ranked No.1 worldwide for eight consecutive years, and our energy storage batteries have ranked No.1 for four consecutive years. /ppbResponsibilities /b /ppbSales Strategy Execution: /b /pulliDevelop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products. /liliIdentify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing customers. /liliAnalyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. /liliCollaborate with supporting functions to generate demand and convert leads. /li /ulpbCustomer Partner Management: /b /pulliBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. /liliConduct business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. /liliResolve customer concerns collaboratively with support and operations teams. /li /ulpbReporting Forecasting: /b /pulliProvide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership. /liliTrack and report regional performance metrics such as revenue, margins, and conversion rates. /liliUse CRM tools to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy. /li /ulpbCollaboration Cross-Functional Alignment: /b /pulliWork closely with Solutions, Marketing, and local hardware teams to align sales efforts with company goals. /liliProvide field feedback to influence product development and service improvements. /li /ulpbTeam Leadership Development: /b /pulliLead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals. /liliSet performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and coach for continuous improvement. /liliFoster a high-performance, customer-focused culture. /li /ulpbRequirements: /b /polliBachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation. /liliStrong decision-making skills to handle complex and urgent situations effectively. /liliSome work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market. /liliGood English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus. /liliAbility to work towards team objectives, coordinate tasks, and accept overseas travel; overseas work experience is preferred. /li /ol #J-18808-Ljbffr
