Responsibilities:
* Identify forklift dealerships within the assigned region, based on size, market, current brands carried, and potential opportunities to become an LGMG dealer.
* Develop and enhance dealer programs to improve adoption, commitment, and performance across the LGMG Dealer network.
* Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, sales managers, sales reps, and sales coordinators within dealerships.
* Create dealer-specific growth roadmaps to enable dealers to flourish and grow mutual business over time.
* Achieve annual sales targets within the assigned business segment.
* Oversee the execution of factory demos, roadshows, and other programs to promote and sell new and top-performing products within the segment.
* Participate in trade shows and industry events periodically.
Qualifications (Education and Experience):
* Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience in the industry.
* 10+ years of lift manufacturing sales experience, preferably with electric Class I, IV, V forklifts, and industry backgrounds with Toyota, Crown, Clark, Heli, Hangcha, or EP forklifts.
* 3+ years of leading and managing effective sales teams.
* Certification to operate material handling equipment is preferred.
* Bilingual in English/Spanish or Mandarin/Spanish is necessary.
* Based in Italy with frequent international and national travel required.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
