For an International Premium Brand, part of an International Group with a Premium product positioning in the Sparkling wine industry, and with the potential to develop its presence in export markets (over 35 countries, including Russia, Germany, UK, and US), we are looking for: EXPORT MANAGER - WINE & SPIRITS - TREVISO Key Accountabilities: Define international Sales Strategy Steer and coordinate external distributors Monitor business performance continuously Develop concepts and actions to support sales structures Contribute to the definition of the Go-to-Market process Observe market and competitors Analyze and evaluate key figures, reports, and data on foreign markets Conduct talks with potential distributors Steer and coordinate logistic processes Familiarity with OCM management Requirements / Prerequisites: Experience and knowledge of the USA (and Canadian) markets, specifically regarding importers/distributors Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration 7-10 years of professional experience in sales and commercial roles Experience in the premium wine sector (experience with premium sparkling wines is a plus) Fluent English, able to negotiate effectively Knowledge of additional languages is preferred Pragmatic, proactive, and idea-driven Excellent communication skills Hands-on mentality with modest and appropriate appearance High technical affinity, strong business orientation, and strong implementation skills Strong self-motivation Analytical thinking and structured working approach Strong negotiation skills What We Offer: Full-time permanent contract with a salary range of €70,000 - €90,000 bonus car relocation package Opportunities for travel Workplace flexible in location; occasional presence at headquarters appreciated (at least 2 days a week) The data will be processed and stored exclusively for purposes of present and future selection, guaranteeing the rights referred to in GDPR 679/2016.
