PpJefferson Wells on behalf of an international pharma company is looking forward to a /p pbSenior Brand Manager Oncology /b /p h3The mission /h3 pDevelop, propose and implement the annual Marketing plan for the products under its own responsibility, defined by Global Marketing and local BUD, to increase sales and profitability. /p pCoordinate the synergy between Marketing and Field by promoting the implementation of the strategy and its follow-up. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and implement comprehensive brand strategies for oncology products, ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives /li liLead cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Market Access, Sales, Regulatory, and Commercial teams /li liDrive product lifecycle management, including launch planning and execution for new oncology assets /li liAnalyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize brand performance /li liDesign and implement multichannel marketing campaigns tailored to stakeholders in the oncology ecosystem (HCPs, KOLs, institutions) /li liManage brand budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI /li liMonitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing regular insights and strategic recommendations /li liEstablish and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and external stakeholders in the oncology field /li liEnsure full compliance with regulatory and company policies /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree level education (or equivalent), preferably Life Sciences or Economics /li liAt least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, preferably within Oncology /li liProven experience in product launches and/or lifecycle management /li liStrong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies /li liExcellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills /li liAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and highly regulated environment /li liStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
