Main duties & responsibilities: - Deal with all Front Office operations (check in - check out - escorting - cashier operations) according to company policies, procedures and compliance with our code of conduct; - Able to provide information/reservations about activities, etc; - Process the closing/reopening operations of the day of the hotel, supervising the closure of all the outlets (restaurants, bars, spa, boutiques, etc.); - Process of the daily reports to the administration and other main departments of the hotel; - Assist our Guests with all the room service requests with the cooperation of bar/restaurants staff, and porters and security staff, when available. - Handle emergencies according to the procedures.
